This policy exists to protect your time and mine,
and to make sure every session runs smoothly for everyone.
Each offering has its own payment structure, outlined below. Please read through before you book.

| Soul Messages | Paid in full upfront at the time of booking. Your transmission is sent within 3 business days of payment. |
| Soul Reclamation | Full investment paid upfront when your agreement is signed. This secures all four sessions and confirms your commitment to the work. |
| Bodywork Sessions | A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your session. The remaining balance is due on the day via bank transfer, card, or cash. You are also welcome to pay in full upfront. |
| The Circle | Paid in full upfront via Humanitix at the time of booking. Places are exclusive and capped — payment confirms your spot. |
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer your time to another client on the waitlist, and to show up fully for every session I hold.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit their deposit. For services paid in full upfront, the session is considered forfeited.
I understand that life happens. This boundary exists not to punish, but to honour the space being held — for you and for every woman waiting.
Because of the depth and preparation this work requires, Soul Reclamation has its own terms.
Commitment & payment. Your full investment is paid when you sign your agreement, before your first session. This is not incidental — it is part of how this work begins. Commitment is the first act of the process.
After the first session. Your first session is where we meet properly and establish whether we are in the right place together. If, after that session, either of us feels this is not the right fit, we will discuss this with honesty and care. Refunds after the first session has been delivered are not standard — but I am a human being, not a policy, and I will always handle things with integrity.
Rescheduling within the package. I understand that life does not always cooperate with healing timelines. You have one reschedule grace within your four-session package — no questions, no forfeiture. After that, sessions cancelled or missed within 24 hours are forfeited and cannot be reclaimed.
Non-refundable. Because of the nature of this work, payment is non-refundable once the first session has been delivered. If something extraordinary arises, please reach out. I will always listen.
The Circle is capped at ten women. Every place held is a place another woman cannot access. For this reason, all Circle bookings are non-refundable once purchased.
If you are unable to attend, your place cannot be transferred or credited. Please book only when you are certain of your availability and readiness.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to honour the client after you. The full session fee applies regardless of arrival time.
Please give yourself time to arrive, settle, and begin. The session starts the moment you walk in.
All clients are asked to complete a consultation form prior to their first session. This is how I prepare — it means we can move straight into the work when you arrive rather than spending your session time on admin.
A link will be sent at the time of booking and again in your 48-hour reminder. Please fill it in before you come.
